Born into a merchant family in 1994, I was eager to explore the world. Captivated by music, space, video games and science, I released my insatiable curiosity upon the world.
Music was readily available in my home, and I’ve since, played the guitar for 18 years and believe I will continue for years to come. Furthermore, even though exploring space remains challenging, my young mind found it fascinating and always dreamed of becoming an astronaut. I still harbor hope that it might one day become a reality.
Upon studying Chemistry in school, I earned a M.Sc. degree and landed my first job as a QC Analyst in the Pharmaceutical Sector. A 2-year study break later, I pursued an MBA degree to bridge the gap I was starting to identify, between scientific expertise and strategic leadership. Working full-time during my studies, I began to draw connections between theoretical models and their real-world applications.
Jotting down my daily observations, I began to unravel the intricate dynamics at play between business and people that define every aspect of our daily lives. Realizing the immense value of the concepts I studied, I became passionate about applying and adjusting modern management theories strategically to enhance the value of everyday work and the impact this work can have on people.
Throughout this journey, I also discovered the crucial role that communication plays in all aspects of life. Establishing clear communication and ensuring your message comes across as intended became my new mission. With application in both personal and professional life, communication defines the effectiveness of all human interactions. Whether it’s business ventures or personal relationships, effective message delivery is the key to success.
Today, I lead a team of 8 through a challenging environment in pharmaceutical Quality Control. As a team member and leader, I have collected valuable insights through collaboration and mentoring. Working towards creating a trust and growth environment where management and employees can connect better, fostering a deeper understanding and finding ways to enhance their collaboration.
In the future, I aspire to become a better communicator of strategy and how it affects all aspects of life. Through this initiative, I aim to transform the future workplace environment into a more human and less sterile space.
